Just want to thank you for the outstanding experience over the past few weeks while my car was in for repair at Blair Wright.

At first, I thought I’d try to keep costs down by just cycling every day, but grocery pickups, son’s early sports training, and camp drop-offs, meant I really needed a car. 

Omega was great - you had responsive customer service phone line, cars available, great day rate, were flexible about returns, friendly helpful staff followed health protocols, kind about adding another driver. In short, I haven’t had an easier experience before and I will be putting out positive recommendations.

What I can say is that Omega's service is fantastic, and I always book with you where possible. With Covid there were a few changes to my flight and I had to change my return time twice. The staff handled it with finesse and changes were made to the term of my rental to align with the new flight date.

I hired a vehicle from you last weekend. I was very happy with your service from the time I was picked up from the airport till I drove away. Pleasant staff, good little car, and very happy to have dealt with your company. Will hire a car again. Thank u!

Our original plan was a Christchurch-to-Christchurch rental following a rail trip from Picton to Christchurch. Unfortunately, Covid caused a cancellation of our rail section. Omega was very helpful in converting our rental from Picton, and Andrew was an excellent Officer for you in Picton. The Christchurch shuttle service made our end-of-trip experience so complete. Paul (Wellington) was very helpful when we were setting up our travel plans.

We would be pleased to recommend Omega as a rental agency as we found everyone in your company, that we had contact with, either on the phone, or in person, was extremely helpful, and easy to work with.

The service I received when I rented our car from your Nelson airport office last week was fantastic! The staff there were warm, friendly, efficient from the person who picked us up from the airport to the person who dropped us back at the airport.

We got the "today's deal" rental with a 10% discount using the promo code. The car was an older model sedan in good working order. Baby seats are provided for free. Easy pick-up and drop-off with shuttles to the airport. Good service, friendly staff. Will rent with Omega again :) 

Thank you for the email with regard to my recent car hire. I prefer not to put a review on the world wide web, but I would like to take this opportunity to say how pleased I was with the service I received from Omega.

The whole process was very smooth and efficient, was of good value and I would like to say how efficient and pleasant the young lady was who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and processed our pick up and drop off at Omega. Her name escapes my mind unfortunately but I would greatly appreciate it if you can relay my comments to her.

We want to thank you and the team for all your wonderful help you gave us in the hiring of the car. The staff and customer service were excellent,  the car well presented,  the shuttle to the airport and return so helpful. We took great care of the car,  only travelling on sealed roads, parking in secure places.
