I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Omega Auckland airport. I have used Omega 4-5 times over the last few years and every time I rent a vehicle the process is so easy, prompt and without any hiccups at all. I recommend to all my friends Omega is second to none

Just wanted to thank Belinda for sorting the car we hired in Wellington this weekend just gone.

It was most suitable and we were able to get my mother-in-law who is quite immobile and in a wheelchair into the vehicle.

Her first drive in 7 months and she was so thrilled to be able to get out of the hospital for a few hours. The staff commented on her beaming smile to be heading out.

The car went very well. Thank you for the opportunity to relocate the car (our son drove us up to Picton and we waved him goodbye on the Ferry that left at 3.30 pm - late because of the bad weather of rough seas). The person in Omega at Picton ( Kevin) was particularly helpful, as John had left his credit card behind on the counter. Kevin then gave us a phone call and were able to pick it up.

Team at Omega Rentals, sorry couldn't review on those platforms, you guys were awesome, I loved that it was a Kiwi-based team and the little Mazda was great for the travelling that I did. Would thoroughly recommend Omega rentals and will be hiring again in the near future. Cheers Bronwyn.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Omega Auckland airport. I have used Omega 4-5 times over the last few years and every time I rent a vehicle the process is so easy, prompt and without any hiccups at all. I recommend to all my friends Omega is second to none. My next trip will be in the Xmas school holidays where I'll hire from Wellington then drive up to Auckland and depart from there. Is there a process I may need to follow to ask about a relocation vehicle when I do this trip? Your helpful Auckland airport staff mentioned it to me the other day. This holiday trip will be 2-3 weeks so I'm looking for the most beneficial option available.

Arrived in Queenstown on Wed 18.5.22. I prebooked a Toyota Aqua Hybrid not knowing what to expect. Called for the shuttle on their 0800 number and they were there waiting as soon as we came out from collecting our luggage. Our driver was friendly & helpful with loading our 20kg bags into the back of the van (not just ours but 6 other passengers bags as well!) So that's not something you see very often, great shuttle service and we hadn't even collected the car yet..lol.

Less than 10min ride to Omega Car Rentals. Beautiful clean depot with full windows everywhere, nice to see the Queenstown mountains & landscape while waiting for the car. Check in was a breeze, maybe less that 15mins to sign the forms & get the keys. Honestly, the whole process was a breeze from stepping off the plane to driving away in a beautiful 2020 Toyota Aqua Hybrid. Another added bonus - because the car is a hybrid, electric & 91 gas to fill up before returning the car only cost me $45.00!! and that was with continuous driving all over the place for 5days!

Cannot fault them in anything! Absolute pleasure dealing with Omega. Definitely will be recommending them and also using their services next time I'm in town! Keep it up guys. 10/10

Once again, a vehicle I have hired from Omega Rentals was a really nice car to have. Thanks for the service at the desk and the ease to hire made my job so much easier
