We can't deny our petrol head origins and the opportunity to celebrate the new era of V8 Supercars racing on New Zealand soil for the first time at the ITM 400 Auckland was too much for us to resist in 2013, and we were there with bells on - giving one lucky customer the chance to win his ticket price back.  Congratulations Graham O'Donoghue from Christchurch, pictured here with Greg Knight the Manager of our Christchurch Airport Branch.

The new look track made for some exciting racing and Pukekohe handled the event with ease, so we can't wait for next year.  According to the organisers over the three days, the ITM 400 Auckland drew 117,167 fans from all over New Zealand and Australia to Pukekohe.  And with 4 different winners for each of the 4 main events it proved to be a circuit that anyone can win on.  Pukekohe Park Raceway has a five year contract with V8 Supercars and you can guarantee they'll try and raise the bar further in 2014. 

Might have to see if we can't get some of our customers into the corporate hospitality areas for next year, althought I've got to say that it's fantastic fun with great viewing and a a terrific family atmosphere on the bank.
