How does the fuel discount work?
It’s easy to save money with Omega Rental Cars and PetrolPal.
At the pump
- Head to any Z service station in New Zealand
- At the pump, tap or insert your credit/payment card and enter your PIN number
- Scan the barcode on the key tag or the QR code on the PetrolPal fuel card to apply the discount
- Fill your vehicle with the correct fuel and return the pump handle once done
- Push the receipt button if you want one printed
Inside the station
- Head to any Z service station in New Zealand
- Fill your Omega rental vehicle with the fuel suitable for that vehicle
- Go into the service station and hand over your key tag with the barcode or PetrolPal card with the QR code before you pay
- The cashier should apply the discount to your fuel. You then pay the cashier for the fuel

- The 10c off per litre discount is available at all Z service stations in New Zealand.
- The 10c per litre discount applies to up to 50 litres of fuel per transaction, with no restriction on the number of transactions.
- The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount.
- The discount is for use on fuel only and doesn’t include diesel.
- The PetrolPal key tag or card must be presented at the time of purchase before payment is made for the discount to apply.
- The PetrolPal key tag on your rental vehicle must be returned to us when you return your vehicle or charges may be applied.
- PetrolPal may cancel, withdraw, or alter the fuel discount offer at any time, including these terms and conditions, at our discretion.
